£50 and £100 SDIe Training Voucher
Experience Events
Payment must be made in full before the event.
Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the event taking place, either in writing or by email. If notification is not received, or is within 48 hours of the event, no refund will be given and, where applicable, the free member place will not be returnable.
SDIe reserve the right to cancel an event, change the venue, amend the dates, the fees or speakers at any time without prior notice.
Training
Course fees are payable in full before the start of the course. Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge, simply notify SDI of any changes at least 48 hours before the course starts.
You may change the date of attendance or cancel attendance at a course subject to the following scale of charges:

Annual Conference
Payment Policy:
Delegate fees must be paid in full before the event. Admission will be refused to delegates if payment has not been received. Bookings made after 4 June 2008 must be paid by credit card or cheque.
Cancellations:
A full refund less £100 +VAT administration charge will be made for cancellations notified in writing before 9 May 2008. We regret that no refunds can be made after this date. Substitute delegates are welcome.
Accommodation:
Priority for staying at The Grand will be given to delegates in strict order of booking. Once all rooms in The Grand have been allocated, delegates will be accommodated in nearby hotels of a similar quality.
Content:
SDI reserves the right to change the programme at any time.
Membership
On receipt of your joining application, SDIe will contact you to arrange payment and complete the joining process.
Membership will be activated only when full payment of the membership fee is received by SDIe and at this time your chosen username and password for the members section of the website will be activated.
Cancellations can be accepted at any time, however, no refund of the annual fee will be given either in part or full.
£50 and £100 SDIe Training Voucher
1. This voucher entitles the holder to either £50 off any 2008 SDI public training courses under £500; and £100 off any 2008 SDIe public training courses over £500.
2. The voucher must be redeemed before 30 May 2008.
3. The voucher can be redeemed on www.sdi-e.com or by booking direct with SDIe - call 01689 889100.
4. Vouchers can not be used for courses booked through a SDI reseller or other third party.
5. Only one voucher can be redeemed per course.
6. Only one voucher per organisation.
7. Vouchers can not be redeemed against SDM part 2.
8. No cash alternative is available.
9. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or coupon. 10.Subject to availability.
