Created for multi-site service desks – the benefits and discounts provided by the membership extend to staff at all your service desk locations (up to 10). You will also receive 10 free copies of SupportWorld Magazine to distribute among your team and 10 free Experience Event places per year.
Gold

£995 +VAT (Two year)
For single location service desks - benefits are open to every member of your team. You will also receive 3 free copies of SupportWorld Magazine to distribute among your team and 3 Experience Event places per year.
