Terms & Conditions

Bookings
Bookings can be made by fax, post, email, phone or online and are regarded as provisional bookings until a purchase order is supplied or credit card payment is made (where applicable) or an SDI booking confirmation email is received.

Cancellations
Cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the event taking place, either in writing or by email. If notification is not received, or is within 48 hours of the event, no refund will be given and, where applicable, the free member place will not be reinstated.

Substitutions
A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Written notification within 48 hours of the event is required to substitute a delegate.

Payment
All event fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the event.

Free Places
SDIe corporate members are entitled to free places at our one day events.

Sliver - 2 places per year (limited to your personal use)
Gold - 3 places per year (may be used by your team)
Platinum - 10 places per year (may be used by your team)

SDI reserves the right to cancel an event, change the venue , amend the dates and/or speakers at any time prior to the event.
