Professional Of The Year
Have you, or one of your team members, made an exceptional, outstanding or 'beyond the call of duty' contribution to the success of the IT support team or to the customers you support?
This award recognises the exceptional support IT professionals provide and can be awarded to any level of IT service professional. We welcome nominations from IT directors through to service analysts, senior or junior colleagues or customers. You may even nominate yourself!

How to nominate an IT Service Professional
THE CLOSING DATE FOR ALL ENTRIES IS 16 MARCH 2012.
1. Register your interest for the IT Service Professional Of The Year Award - click here
2. Prepare the nomination. Write between 300 words and 400 words for each of the judging criteria that are based on SDI's Service Desk Standards.
We advise that your prepare your entry in Word and paste it into the appropriate boxes in the online entry form.
3. Prepare your supporting evidence. This could include customer newsletters, advertising, performance data, testimonials and any other material that demonstrates the nominee's achievement of service excellence.
Please note that each piece of evidence has to be uploaded to the online entry form and must be under 1MB. If you are unable to zip your file to the required size please contact SDI at awards@sdi-e.com
4. Make your submission or nomination using the online entry form. The entry form must be completed in one go and this could take up to an hour so please allow plenty of time.
