The three highest ranking suppliers - as voted by their customers - will be invited to attend the finalist judging panel where they will be interviewed thoroughly about their customer service ethos.
Suppliers can only reach the finalist stage by being voted for by their customers in this online survey. The closing date for customer nominations is 16 March 2012.

About The Award
THE CLOSING DATE FOR ALL ENTRIES IS 16 MARCH 2012
1. Suppliers can only be nominated by their customers using the online nomination form.
2. Nominations are based on a 10 minute questionnaire.
3. The THREE suppliers with the highest customer ratings will be announced as finalists.
4. The three finalists will be invited for an interview with the judging panel in May 2011 to determine the winner.
