IT Service Week 2011
For the third year running, hundreds of service desks signed up to take part in IT Service Week 2011 and to promote their IT services to their customers.
More customers voted than ever before and they were clearly delighted to have the opportunity to say 'thank you' for their IT support teams for providing such a fantastic service.
The results from this year's survey have been counted and verified and we are delighted to announce the winners of IT Service Week 2011.
