2009 Annual SDIe Conference

9th, 10th June 2009. The Grand, Brighton

The SDIe Conference for 2009 will reflect the dawn of a 'new hope' for the service desk. As IT service and support battles against the 'dark side' to restore peace and harmony to the galaxy, the SDIe conference will equip the 'Jedi Knights' of the service desk with the skills, knowledge and power, to overcome the challenges they face and enable them to demonstrate the galactic importance they have on the success of the business…

Welcome to the 22nd annual SDIe Conference. As you may have guessed this year we are taking our delegates on a star wars inspired conference experience and clearly we are making the most of the opportunity! But, strip away all the star wars gags and this all sounds very familiar - for most of us the battle against the 'dark side' has been raging for many years. Whether you are battling with the business, overseas competition, service improvement, the economy or even yourself we can provide the tools you need to strike back!

The 'rebellion' begins here!
