Who is it for?
Coaching is ideal for those with little time to spend on formal training but who require some extra day-today support and motivation to enhance their performance in the workplace.
One-to-one coaching is particularly suitable for senior level IT executives and managers. Team coaching is suitable for those with similar job functions or responsibilities, working in the same organisation.
Public group coaching through a ‘virtual' group is suited to groups of like-minded individuals, such as Service Desk managers, team leaders and supervisors all with the same goal in mind.
What is it about?
Individual and team coaching offers a series of regular sessions via telephone and conference calls, face-to-face meetings or in-house workshops. Team coaching is supplemented by focused individual coaching for each member of the group.
What will I get out of it?
- SDIe coaching comprises a series of coaching conversations that take place every one to two weeks
- Sessions last from between fifteen minutes to an hour and may be face-to-face or via the telephone
- Individual coaching offers you the opportunity to focus on yourself
