What is it about?
This two-day group training workshop is designed to develop the advanced skills required of a Senior Service Desk Analyst; supporting career progression in to a senior service desk team member or Service Desk Manager.
The Service Desk Senior Analyst (SDSA) course is not a qualification course; it provides a bridge between the Service Desk Analyst qualification and the Service Desk Manager qualification.

- Effective communication, problem-solving, project management, report writing and presentation skills
